Our Fee is collected monthly from the rent, itemised on the statement.

LETTINGS & MANAGEMENT
Fully managed with The Address really means just that! We will manage your property 24 hours a day!! How you ask? We give your tenants a dedicated mobile number that will be answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
Your property will be subject to regular inspections and a report sent to you. Your rent will be collected by us and sent to you within 3 working days of collection.
All repairs and maintenance are carried out by fully insured contractors. Most of these are regular contractors we have used and have known for many years.
Customer service and communication are the key to an excellent working relationship. We will always ensure you know what is happening with your property.
