I’m Richard, the resident Mortgage Adviser here at The Address. I met Debbie when she first opened the Beckenham office and I was venturing out on my own at the same time as a Mortgage Adviser.

My job is to help buyers, vendors and landlords find the right mortgage deal for their circumstances and ultimately assist them in achieving their goals, whether that be to buy your first home or to grow your property portfolio.

I pride myself on the personal service I provide clients & the long-term relationships that I’ve built with mutual clients of The Address.
